Zen charge problem

I charged my zen recently, spent $60.. It doesnt show up on my purchase history and when i go to xfer zen to PWI, it shows i have none.. It took the money out of my bank account so i know something happened. Anybody tell me wtf is going on?

    One of my two transactions went through. I didnt spend over 100 dollars so i didnt exceed the daily spending ****.. But the 50 dollar transaction was "declined" and they still took my money. Where the hell is a gm or someone that can fix this? Just give me my zen -.-

    You'll have to do as was said and submit a support ticket for this sort of thing.

    The folks on the forums really can't do anything for you when it comes to this.

    So in other words, i wait a week for the lazy gm's/tech support/ whoever the hell it is that takes care of it, to take their dear sweet time? Thats practically stealing my money..

    Or you can be polite and respectful in your ticket while providing as much detail as possible in order to make things easier for both you and whoever you wind up having to work with.

    As this discussion is kinda pointless here though since all we can give is to submit a ticket, this will be closed now.
