I can't get into Morai

I turned 95 yesterday on a character, and I can't figure out how to get into Morai. I've checked Elysium Village and there are no quests. I can't find anything about a cultivation requirement, people keep telling me there isn't one.

I should mention I've had other characters go into Morai with no problem, but it's been long enough I don't remember how it works

    try the morai director by the north teleporter in arch

    None of the Morai teleporters are working, including the spirit in Elysium village

    You need to do the 'Destruction of Elysium' quest. I think it should automatically pop up

    Check your quest log. You should see a yellow/greenish "Destruction of Elysium" quest. If not, go into the Realm of Reflection and pop back out, it should pop up.
    - Go to Elysium Village. You should see 2 NPCs there... one teleporter and one spirit.
    - Talk to the spirit, continue the entire conversation.
    - You are teleported to Morai.

    [Edit] Did you do sage/demon cultivation yet? Not sure if that's a requirement though.

    As far I remember, I had to speak with elder in 1k on some of my characters, otherwise I couldn't enter morai.
