Wishful Wing Token

How do you get the "Wishful Wing Token"?

I heard that you could get it from packs, and if so which one?
Are there other ways to get this Token? I never see these around at catshops, and so I'm just wondering.
If any of you can answer my questions for me, it would be greatly appreciated! I'm sorry ^__^;

    you obtain it from joy scroll packs,and its price is very high since it gives you any flyer for any class you want ,on my server there is only 2 unsealed flyers whitch i saw and dont think there are more yet.
