Can't Log In

client don't update, neither conect to update servers can't verify data, when enter to log in screen doesnt show ping for any server, client says "please try to other update server" sending ticket in to get an auto response XD well i guess PWE want me to leave

    yah pwi really doenst want you to play, they even refuse to even make a technical support forum where questions like this would get asked all the time..a place where a question like this would be appropriate....oh wait...

    Moved to tech support.

    Personally, it sounds to me like your antivirus/firewall are interfering with the client, but until you can provide some more information it would be difficult to be completely certain.

    b:pleased i send a ticket i just wanted to know if some one else was having the same issue so if the answer they gave me was helpful i could share to others the problem was a bad registry in regedit i had to clean it i had a power outage that broke my system but it looked normal thank you for your concern b:bye

    im having the same or almost same problem almost 1 week now.
    it always says "CANNOT CONNECT TO SERVER"
    i tried to uninstall/install the game and ARC, but still the same issues.

    also i TURNED OFF my firewall and anti-virus but still the same.. send the ticket already but till now No Reply..b:cry

    Can someone help me please...b:surrender

    Same issue on Raging tide. I cant log on whatsoever. I uninstalled and re-installed the game twice now and sent in a ticket. No antivirus on and no background programs running. I verified the files a billion times. Most of the time It wont even let me log into arc and when it does it says I have to re-install the game again......
