Anyone else having trouble?

I can't seem to log into perfect world via Arc. Everytime I try to sign in to Arc period it says I'm having connectivity issues - but I am able to access the internet. My pc is even having trouble going to the perfect world home site (pwi.perfectworld.com). Any ideas as to how to solve this issue?

    I am also have the same issue where Arc tries to connect but it says Login has timed out Please check your network connectivity, my fiance is also have the same problem and there is nothing wrong with our internet, it works just fine and lets us do anything else...

    I too was having issues with access to the site at the time this thread was posted, seems to be functioning normally now though.

    Re-installing Arc solved this for me.
