Broken quest: The Circle

The problem was already reported here although some of the infos given there are not correct. The quest The Circle requires to get the item The Mark of Ashura which is a quest drop from the boss Waning Moon. The quest can't be finished cause this boss was part of FB109 Heaven which doesn't exist anymore. (This quest bug is btw one of the oldest bugs PW ever had cause even in the times where FB109 Heaven existed you couldn't finish the quest because FB109 Heaven was bugged, you couldn't enter it.)

My suggestion is to move the quest drop to another boss. A good choice imo would be Demontorch Marauder in SoT. It's the hidden boss there which spawns only after killing Voidweaver and Decaying Defender and has to be killed within a 60 minute time limit. That would give this quest a small "special" touch. (And a small "special" touch would be a good addition to this sage chars only quest line as equivalent to the demon chars only quest line where you have to kill the physical immun boss The Haunted Headlss in Aba (at least, imho^^). Also, demon chars had that quest The Legendary Hero where you had to kill Harpy Wraith. But since the boss was replaced with this version of itself which is not required in that quest, does this quest still work or even exist?)

    In answer to your question about Harpy Wraith, the quest exists but can't be completed under normal circumstances. Some players on Sanctuary got a GM to spawn the correct one during the last GM Meet and Greet to complete it.

    You can aswell forget about it. That quest has been broken ever since first year of this game. They never fixed it, why would they fix it now?
    Actually all they simply need to do is disable all quests above lvl 105, including this one, so we won't be able to get these useless quests.
