Blessing Envoy

I just found an npc I haven't seen before, I don't know how long he's been there.

It's called Blessing Envoy.

Located in West Arch, almost directly across from the mysterious merchant and standing right next to Chang San.

When talked to, he gave me an item, which started a quest that said it was a paperclip for villa style quest.

Anyone have any idea on what the reward is for this?

I did a little digging on pwdatabase and ran around in circles with no luck on finding any sort of rewards, but apparently you can start doing it at level 40 as opposed to level 70 for paperclip, so possibly a lesser reward?

    any idea on how long(average) it takes, atleast compared to paperclip quest, because I'm poor and can use them free hypers XD

    It looks like it's random on how many npc's it wants you to go to. At least eight npc's it looks like.

    For me it took me to five npc's before finishing.

    Okay so ive been drinking, i took the quest before the day reser server time, i swear the npc isnt there anymore, is he missing for anyone else? b:laugh just did half hour of running around and would like to hand this thing in

    Same, I took the quest yesterday, did it today and the npc is gone. :x

    Maybe he's there at some specific times.

    I did 3 laps of arch looking for him cause i thought i was in the wrong place b:laugh

    Edit: okay so he is back now so im guessing its only a certain time he is there, i actually read through everything he had to say but no mention of times he is there, anyone know?

    so far from what I can tell, it disappears at server reset.

    My faction noticed that it was there when lucid silver was active and stays there until reset. I dunno when it actually spawned, but that's at least a 4 hour span.

    What I would like to know is, if i don't manage to hand the quest in before it disappears, does the quest stack? In other words, when the NPC spawns the next day and I hand in the previous day's quest, will i get the quest again?

    Yes it stacks, when i first took the quest and he vanished i still had the item then handed it in when he came back, then i could retake the quest and i had 2 charms in the span of 24 hours b:laugh

    Just completed this quest line and wanted to share what I found out. This will not be the most complete list, but this is just from 1 run. Please feel free to add what you find.......

    This quest line is very similar to the paperclip for villa quest line without the length.
    I made it through the quest with 8 stops.

    Start by picking up the quest from the Blessing Envoy in West Arch across from the teleporter (525,662). You will recieve a "Energy losing welfare" which will appear in your inventory bag, under the quest tab. It will tell you where you need to go next. The item will look like a rolled scroll.

    Stop#1: Chunko Jr., across from Hidden Orchid (574,569)
    #2 Little Hsui in Misfortune (469,975)
    #3 Archaeologist Jian Town of Arrivals (139,672)
    #4 General Tuyan Dreamweaver (661,376)
    #5 Hsuhsien's Son Fragrant Hills (649,583)
    #6 Tain Yao Thousand Streams (138,885)
    #7 Orphanage Owner N. Barrier Village (159,894)
    #8 Back to Blessing Envoy for turn in.

    he spawns at 4pm server time.

    and if you guys read what he actually says, he says there are 10 stops (10 kinds of goodness in the world). Also, like world quest (paper clip for villa) it can skip "numbers"

    Love the new npc/quest it is definately a worthwhile quest....but it WOULD have been nice to have been told about this i mean it doesnt pop up on the available quest log as a repeatable quest (that i know of), and pwi is REALLY SLACKING at informing us of new stuff like this.

    I also have the same problem! the npc hasent come back to hand quest in ..this is the 2nd time i have done this quest ..?

    Now that we found this quest, maybe PWi will eliminate it because it shouldn't be there O.o

    I'm actually happy that PWI is finally addressing the problem with increased HP values by proving easy ways to obtain charms through DQ and dailies. A free daily silver is still a drop in the bucket for highly refined HA/LA classes, but I still think it's a great way to cater to both free players while still offering convenience to CS/merchant players during plat charm sales.
