Spring Festival Event

So is this spring festival broken? just asking if someone knows so we can go to sleep...i mean thats exactly what we can wait from PWE right?

Santa event was broken, spring event is broken, theater of blood is broken...oh the lemur event works, u can get a 10%xp thingy for 1hour? is any event left thats working in PWI?

    The spring festival event is suppose to be for the Lunar New Year 2013 - year of the snake...it has never worked for us. And the Santa event doesn't work since it's already past Christmas.

    but the christmas event doesnt worked either in the frigid bay only the penguin thing which gave primordial blood
