Problem with redeeming Arc codes

When I try to redeem the ARC code, it doesn't let me select the server I want (Harshlands) nor my character. There are other servers and lvl 1 chars available, but I don't want to send it to those chars.

Anyone else having this problem?

I would usually avoid making a post about it, but they have been deleting my tickets about Arc problems so I don't really have any other option.

    lol, you need install Arc, and redeem there.

    This was redeemed through ARC client, kinda assumed this would be obvious...

    He said he redeemed the Arc code, therefor it was obvious he tried to do it in Arc ... maybe you should learn to read better before making silly assumptions?

    I haven't encountered it in my testing, but that's definitely the kind of issue you would need to open a ticket for.

    Ok i have the same problem, i can choose Morai and Lost from server list, have low lvl toons on both, but there is no Archosair server where i actualy play.

    Update : I dont realy know why, but after i sent in a ticket about my problem and code on arc, i got an answer that they know about this problem and they trying to fix it, and a day or two after that, i could redem the code from arc too, now i have all servers and chars on the redem part of arc. So i assume the best option is to send in a ticket so they know you have this problem, and then to wait and check every day :)
    P.S. i sent the ticket from ARC, and yes, till you get an answer you cannot see your ticket, but after the answer it will be there, just be patience.

    I'm having a smaller version of this issue i can select my server but the character i want to give the pack to is not in the drop-down menu and my tickets don't really seem to exist either..

    Yes, tickets sent via ARC are not displayed anywhere :) we can just hope they arived to the recipient b:laugh its best to send the tickets from the PWI site, that way u can see them in listing.

    Mine only displayed my Lv1 on the Morai server.

    Going on a hunch here, but did you log into arc with the correct account and not your alternative account?

    Im having the same problem too. Yes on Arc. I play on Harshlands, the server doesnt show up. Only HT and Morai show. Yes im on the right account. I sent in a support ticket the other day about it but no response yet.

    Update - Sent in my 3rd ticket, checked to see if it existed - it did. Came back a few hours later and saw that it was again deleted from the system.

    It seems PWI is refusing to support any ARC related problems (actually, they have not responded to another ticket related to an item glitch in over 3 weeks either, so they're probably ignoring all problems), so if ARC causes a problem for you, you're SOL.

    Wow really? I sent a ticket in (only 1) yesterday afternoon and it is still there, but unresolved.

    i dont think its deleted. I remember i read somewhere that for some tickets, when they read it and are handling it, it disappears from your view. Try checking your email associated with the ticket account. If the answer isnt in the ticket, then its in the email. Sometimes they will send 2 emails. First being automated, 2nd is a manual one.

    We're aware of the issue and trying to determine what the issue is. For some, a simple log out/in fixed it, but for others that has not worked. For now, keep giving it a shot. We'll send out an update once everything is working 100%

    Secondly, the codes do not have an expiration date. This means that for the time being, if you can't redeem it now, you will still be able to in the future.

    As with everything, I will let you all know if anything changes.

    Thanks sparkie for the response. I will keep trying the log-in/out method, but so far no luck. However, my other account had the option of choosing from 4 different servers, Harshlands being one of them ... so it worked for it, just not on my main account.

    I have the same issue, it gives me just 2 servers, both of which i never use now and haven't for some years b:surrender

    Any further news of redeeming ARC codes
    ive tried to redeem on many different days but still comes back saying i have not characters on this account.......althought i have 6 :/
