PWI Servers down or updating?

Both my brother and I are on two different computers and see the very same thing on both screens. Is there an update going on? Or are the servers down for something else?

    As per restart thread they are doing a restart...servers are down for everyone.

    I log in I see 2 servers up 1 down are they still haveing issues or am I missing something?

    East Coast and Morai are up. West Coast is still down.
