Psychic celestial eruption effects

I have noticed, that celestial eruption is affecting only spirit blast's and aqua impact's damage output. All other skills are unaffected after sparking. Is it intentional, or is a bug? I have not found any notes regarding this question.
Celestial eruption (according to description) is supposed to multiply base damage output, however this is only observable on the two basic skills.
Awaiting enlightement here!

    (As DemansPsy) Are you sure? I know whenever I celestial eruption it would basically double damage from any skill I used, I'd go and check right now to confirm...but I can't anymore...

    IF your sure, take a Screenshot of damage of your other skills before you 3 spark and damage after and show us.
