Extreme botting in new starting area !

Wow - It is unbelievable the amount of botting that goes on in the new starting area !

What with the oppertunity to get awesome looking flyers for JUST 9999 aquametals its getting CRAZY in there

Certain sections has like 20 seekers spinning and other toons just picking up, while other sections has psy's wizzies clerics and archers just botting and picking up !!

I mean it is sooooo crazy its almost insane !!

I am now leaving the new starter are since it's to hectic in there with my alt....

Well that and the fact that i botted all 5 flyers already...... b:chuckle

Thank you PWI that you made them account stashable..... LOL ( ELF wings are by FAR the best looking )

    And funny part is that people make melee chars which are useless simply because I can ks them easily with my psy, poor buggers then only follow me trying to pick up **** loot I leave behind. b:laugh

    I wouldn't spect less from a game with free botting and rewards with crazy amount of hard work. I wonder what does a new player think when they see the new starting zone...

    Might be me, but natural elf wings, or maybe the "glory" (gold) version seem to look best. Not overdone like some of the other wings. Bigger ain't always better folks...

    They look the same as the newer looking wings, but aren't 3.3 and are unable to be traded but you can acc stash them.

    I wonder what does a new player think when they see the new starting zone...

    A friend intsalled PWI, tested it and said this game is "greatest **** ever".
    He deleted PWI after maybe 20 Minutes and play his old game b:laugh

    Really, who want play a multiplayergame what is full with bots ?

    So PWI finally create a nice safe friendly place for all the little newbs to come play and learn about the game and foster some kind of chance that perhaps they will stick it out in this big harsh world called PWI.

    What do we the community do, in pure greed spam that kindergarten starter area with masses of gormless bots to get free stuffs, ks'in all the little newbs till they uninstall.

    They need to make the starter area an area where you cannot bot...and still allow mana to be reduced to some degree. That way, its fairer, and also, seekers won't be able to just stand still and vortex away. It needs to be made in a way where all players can still access the mobs, and drops...not just greedy botters, and players that can blast away with no mp drain. That mp limit for areas like that does allow a break and time for people to get the mobs and drops they need.....while others are regaining mp. (Useful when questing, doing oracles, or grinding.) So that's something that I believe should be enforced...since the starter area is the first impression of the game afterall....

    Players on the chinese servers were doing the same exact and grinding in the same exact areas.
    If anything, it was inevitable people would bot the hell out of that valley.

    Not needed. All you need in that starting area is a few random mobs with total immunities to everything. Then snickergiggle as bots bash endlessly at something that resists their attacks...

    Bots are stupid and won't discern between targets. Players can.

    I don't get why they made stuff worth so much aquametals. Is any newbie going to stay in there, killing mobs for 9999 aquametals...? Lol, totally. It's just asking to be botted for hours on end. Especially with people being their usual **** selfs and setting their bots on top of others/luring them off...

    my cleric botted enough aquametals in 6 hours to get 5 flyers, one for each race. after that i left the starter area, but to solve the botting issue all pwi had to do was make it so that you chose the number of mobs instead of the amount of time, and cap the number of mobs to something like 100 or maybe 150, that way people wouldnt be botting for 3,4 or even 5 days non stop.

    Not everyone has the ability or the PC to run 3 clients, 1 seeker vortexing, 1 character collecting, AND a 3rd client to play normally without lagging or lowering FPS.

    I had the same 'what do the new wings look like' question as the other guy, however this was not an answer for me since I have no idea what wings those are, either :x
