obscenely laggy server

Is anyone else having trouble with Sanctuary server lately. ever since i started playing again with the new content, i have noticed a crazy amount of lag to the point that i have about 4-5sec delay in skills and movement at random.

sometimes i use one skill on a mob and it takes a few extra seconds to register on my screen, my screen doesn't react and then it catches back up and i have a mob or two on me ticking my charm and im completely unable to respond.

today was the worst, i have been dc'd but the client doesn't close it just leaves me on the map with no ability to interact, i force close and relog and i'm somewhere nearby with mobs on me again ticking my charm.

i mean really it can't just be me, some of the other players i know from the east coast (playing on west coast) are having the same problem at varying levels of severity.

has anyone found a method to alleviate this issue? i was thinking maybe something out midwest internet-wise was going one but im not having any latency problems on the web in any other website or service i use.
