question to long time players

I havent been around long in PWI to experience many important new products in the cash shop. Judging previous important new products in the CS, when could we expect the war avatar boxes and catalysts to go on sales ? will it start with 20% sales slowly building up or did they start out with 50% sales on new products in the past ?

I know past is no guarantee for the future. But it is interesting to know anyways :)
Everything i write is from PvE perspective unless mentioned otherwise.

    This is true.

    Overall though, new things usually take about an year, more or less, to go on sales. For example, the new two legendary pets for Venomancers were released on June 19th 2013 and have yet to be on sale once.
    I don't know if this applies to items like packs and stuff though o.o
