atm i cannot create a post and so was wondering is this class good for solo dps or should I be looking into something else lol I am a new guy so don't really know much about the game so any help would be awesome

The seeker isn't necessarily the best class to play to start with; I'd recommend a barb or Blademaster.

Seekers are mediocre at DPS but very good at aoeing.

Blademasters are ok at aoeing and decent for dps

Barbs are tanks that can also dish out decent damage. Always in demand in squads.

Psychics are terrific damage dealers with very high-power aoes but weak defence.

Wizards are good aoe and solo damage with more def than psy

Archers are high dps but take money to gear up well. Ditto Assassins.

Clerics are healers

Mystics are more complicated damage dealers that can also heal.

Venos have pets. nuff said.

If you're looking for a simple melee class to start out with, I'd recommend the blademaster. With a self-healing skill you can handle most early to midgame things yourself - they're not bad for soloing and learning the game. You'll eventually need to make a choice in the preferred weapon type (different weapons have different str/dex requirements). Most people either go for fist/claw (fast, high number of attacks) or axes (strong AOEs and the Heavens Flame skill).

Veno's and Mystics can also solo well, using pets to tank. Veno pets are a bit more sturdy then the Mystics, but the Mystic has fast healing skills, debuff plants and an aggro-safe attack.

Seekers are a bit difficult to learn to play until you understand the game mechanics a bit better. Seekers are a hybrid class - they've got a very powerful continuous area attack which is why most people use them. They also have several ranged skills, which some seekers rely on heavily - but there's a flipside to doing so. Creatures with a melee or ranged elemental attack will use their elemental attack if you don't close with them. And seekers have weak elemental resistances.

seeker class are one of those classes you see in mmo's that start kind of subpar and mature to a greater potential around the endgame period. They are one of the classes that benefit greatly from gear if you can combine the right ones, especially for defense "levels"(sadly tho its expensive)

Blademasters
i also agree BM might be a good first class character to get, as its well balanced. (well liked in squads)

Barbs
a little less versatile than BMs at the start but the high vitality makes it hard to die. Since they are tanks, the HP/MP resources are a tad higher in usage. (always wanted in squads)

Psychics/Wizzy
high dmg, squishier when lower lvs. You toughen up in the higher levels with skills and gear combo. (DD grows on trees)

Archers/assassins
high dps, squishier at low lvs. (DD grows on trees)

Clerics
not impossible to solo in endgame but in the end its a healer. (well liked in squads)

Mystics/Venos
the pet factor helps alot, altho you best be rdy if the pet dies. (DD grows on trees)

conclusion:
if u wanna test the game out a little, then BM or barb might be the choice

thnx everyone guess I may try Blademaster would do veno but dont want to play as a female xD
