So I went into Nation Wars, reincarnated, and got a buff from the Overseer.


The buff gives me 25 attack/25 defence levels, and shot me up to 32k hp.



What's the other experiences you guys have? How much hp with the buff?

    Dont remember then HP i had. But i have about 100 Vit atm (restated for Shyts and Giggles may put more later) and with Lvl10 Blood bath on, in kitty form i had 22k HP, 151 atk lvls and 51 Def lvls. Almost had the notion to stop at lvl 99 f:sweat
    Logic = Against ToS. It's the answer to all "Wtf..." Moments during normal gameplay with other players.

    NW lowbie buff has been there from the start.

    Takes my legitimate lowbie arcanes/LA to about 10-12k HP with the NW HP buff applied too.

    Great defense level boost for them too.

    Yeah... considering it's a boost so lowbies aren't completely screwed and it can now be applied to people who... would be doing the **** beforehand anyways.

    Just a TINY bit over powered on them. You know. A little bit.

    level 69 barb, refined only to +5 on Rank9 2nd recast gear.

    Shot me up to 37k hp with 185 def levels.

    The__Sun had over 45k hp with the 60s blessing. He's a psychic. I imagine some OP barbs got over 80k or even 100k hp with that.

    Yeah. So yesterday I was lvl 101... died like crazy everywhere I went. I think this buff needs to be fixed. The too-obvious fix is: cannot take buff if you are reincarnated! Lets make it happen folks. Send in a ticket!

    Noone is going to want to stay at less than 100 due to the damage reduction and from not being able to farm many bloods / vitae. I wouldn't worry about it.

    Is it really necessary ? I think it's funny to see players equally matched with the server elite (at least on tanky side) for the time it takes them to get back to 100+. It's just the players that are already OP to start with that become more OP for 1~2 NW each reincarnation, since they race to 100+ anyway.

    I doubt many will make a R9+12 alt going 2x to 105 then reincarnate and stay 69 just to be the most OP in NW and get 1shot whenever purged b:laugh

    1 question though...what rank are u getting in the battles as 9xs? when I was doing it I wasn't getting as high as I would have as when I was lvl 100+ ...or at least that's what it seemed like to me. I usually get at least the top 3 places in most battles, but when I was 9x I was placing much lower than that.

    Does the damage reduction you mentioned is this one I quoted below from pwpedia ?

    I ever tested that in pvp and there was no damage reduction using my lv 101 warrior to my lv 105 archer, the damage dealt should be 90% but my 101 char did full damage to my 105 char. Is it pve only or applied to pvp as well ?

    I'll do more test to make sure, but I think I had done it many times and still wondering about this.

    Level Difference Damage Reduction

    If the target is a higher level than the attacker then a level difference damage reduction may apply. This damage reduction is ignored by venomancer / mystic pets which makes those particularly effective fighting against ?-level mobs (which count as level 150).
