Request New Debuff

I think with all this new stuff that has been introduced it would be nice if there was a counter for certain "unstoppably Over Powered" aspects of the War Avatar System.

My opinion is that there should be a new debuff introduced which for a time removes all added bonuses from your war avatar cards/slots.

Seeing the potential for game breaking power I think this would be a quick and fair game balance. Maybe an idea for a new veno skill. Avatar Purge ?

    lol, how to make venos (me :3 ) op....plus, imagine a same gear same cards fight, the one with purge cards would 2 shot the opponent right after

    Not sure what to say about that. I do think the cards are kinda OP but they are meant to be some sort of new gear or something...then again, we do have disarming "debuffs"/skills.

    It could be interesting but I don't know how I feel about this xD the whole card thing is really weird to me to begin with.

    Read carefully, this is how you counter war avatar cards.

    You get war avatar cards yourself.

    Same as tt gear, r8, r9, r9rr. If you wanna stay competitive you've gotta keep up.

    Luckily PWE doesn't release a new rank gear each year like many other games do, forcing players to start from scratch and making all old gear obsolete. PWE allows us to build upon what we already have. If you can't cash shop competitive gear overnight, it's going to take some time to catch up, but isn't that how life is as well. We can't all buy houses and brand new cars with cash, we work towards them daily and eventually we get there.

    I'm seeing way too many posts lately about people complaining about the smallest things, everything possible that could benefit the lazy player who doesn't want to work for anything is popping up as a QQ thread. Seriously guys just because it's the internet and everyone thinks their entitled to some opinion, think before you post all this QQ.

    Work hard, get what you want. Simple.

    I could get on board with this, but need a good cooldown on it (probably minimum 3mins) and most likely last no longer than Blade Hurl does currently.

    They're probably treated as "customize-able passives/gear bonuses" so its doubtful that we'll see anything to suddenly disable them. Also, if such a skill were to be made, why give it only to Venomancers when everyone has to deal with W.As? I'm certain that BMs/Barbs/Archers would also love the opportunity to purge/disable them. Hell, maybe even a genie skill or two could be made to randomly disable one or multiple cards.

    Being able to disarm someones cards would tip the battle way too far in the others direction.

    If every class got a skill to switch off an opponents cards all pvp will be who can get the card off-switch skill off and some hits in first.

    Although, If you had to sacrifice your own card perks in order to disable someone else's perks for a period of time that could be rather interesting. Like purging a called target in TW someone could sacrifice thier own cards to debuff the target for some nice gankage =P
    Maybe make the debuff purify-able so you can spark it off would also be interesting.
