how do i get the console to show?

i have startbypatcher console:1 added to my target but since new patch it doesn't work

    It's the tilde character (~). On a US International keyboard it would be Shift, and then the button immediately to the left of the number 1

    Works fine for me.

    I think the quotes need to be on the outside, but I'm not at home to check it.

    I keep a separate shortcut for launching the patcher and the client so that it won't get changed with updates. I'll have to check it later.
