What is the best form to report suck players?
There is a guy cursing new players in Astral Dominion

    Submit a ticket with screenshots and as much useful information as possible.

    Don't spam them, though, and while the ticket will be received, due to company policy you won't actually be told what action is taken after investigation.

    You can't access that site to submit one, or you can't get to the ticket after a submission?

    Try clearing your cookies and cache, then restarting the browser and after that see if you can access the page.

    If that doesn't work, see if you can get to it from another account.

    Nothing will be done if and when you get the ticket system to work.

    There are players constantly in violation of TOS, reported multiple times, and still going strong on the servers without even a slap on the wrist.

    Guess that's what happens when no rules are enforced by the support staff.

    Its useless to sent tickets!
    I sent in over 2 years a lot of tickets because the Bots and got only the same autoanswer from PW. PW did nothing against the cheating

    Better safe yout time...


    In my new game I got a answer after 1 hour and a man could help with my problem.
    Thats service!

    it depends on who you are submitting tickets about, now as far as I know yelling in world chat a racial slur for a black person is a violation, how ever the person had R9, they were not banned despite knowing 4 people that submitted screenshots. now if it was a F2P player they would have been perma banned.

    Easiest and best solution, blacklist the person and viola you won't see their jibberish any longer

    I believe sending ticket is waste of time too ;/
    well u can send it if it makes u feel better

    But mostly Pwi wont do anything about that, i been reporting many cheaters/ bots/ scammers
    but they still play the game

    I have seen many innocent ppl getting banned

    -Like my 2 friends, who live together in real and are married got banned for 2 weeks or more for sharing account (of course living together they WILL have same IP)
    -While other person from our server admit using 4-5 accounts same time + sharing them with pwi husband(not real) - not banned or anything

    -Friend got 10 orbs (she says page didnt load at all and when it did she got lot of mail) she got banned for 1 year
    -Other person on server got 30-40 orbs and was banned for 2 weeks- he said he had lovely vacation

    When i send ticket i feel lil bit better, that i have done something good
    and that there is a chance..even if its 0.0000001 chance (like pwi packs) that something will be done...lil hope is better than nothing no?

    But now that they delete them and ignore them..well i guess they don't care..should we? ;/
