Last time I ever buy Zen

I had $90 on my card and then tryed to make a $50 order but it refused to give me my Zen I then look at my account on my card and it says I not have $32 and that PWI DID take my $50+ But I look at my PWI accounts and characters and I see no Zen what so ever. tried calling PWi and Emailing them and nothing never getting zen again after this.

    You've transferred it from the wallet page already?

    Doesn't really make sense to check for it on your characters since until you send it to a game and server, it'll just be floating in your wallet waiting to be used.

    well i tryed looking in all areas that it might be at. But the order was Declined. So I dont have the Zen what so ever even when PWI took the money. on my Card it says they took it and that .

    Over all, all together. My problem is.
    i got no Zen for the order I made, and I lost $50 when making the order.

    No I never got the Zenning at all. I can spent what I dont have.

    First is this a credit card, debit card, or game card?

    If it is a game card it could be similar to something like a gift card. Depending on the age of the card, over time they lose face value. A $50 gift card after a year of no use might only be worth $20 to 30. Best thing is read any fine print on the card.

    If its a new game card then there is issue with it somewhere if it was declined.

    its a debit card.
