Special compensation for Morai

I read that there will be a special compensation for Morai Server...

Where I can get information about it ?

Is it avaible yet ?

If yes... What I must do to get it ?

If no... Any clue about when it comes out?

Any clue about what method they will use to give us ? [Code(via e-mail) or whatever else]

    Honestly I thought people would have learnt after the last compensation fiasco.
    Don't be too hasty and let them some time to try to do it correctly...

    Yes, i sure hope they take there time and do this well.. Will be nice to see how they can compensate my loss off 350-400m coins, 24 golds and the 6 event gold Cards i just had gotten..
