First time posting on the forums so be kind :P.

I have noticed that on my server (Lost) that the active player count has died off a huge amount since the last update. I feel like this update has given us no reason too play this game. I think a new class will bring life back into this game and following the new class a NEW! set of gear to FARM ONLY! For. Something that can take on r9rr so the fight can be fair.

Ok, I have yet to figure out a name for the race, but the two classes will be called "Wraith Reapers" and "Wraith Harvesters". I would also like to introduce new "elements" Life and Death. The reapers will have death and harvesters will have life. (ill explain in greater detail below)

Reapers will be heavy armour and their weapon type will be a scythe (Pole scythe and duel scythe). I would like the Reapers to be close to mid range fighters. Duel scythes will have a higher aps lower damage where the pole scythe will have more reach and heavier hits. I would like this class to have two fighting styles, two trees of skills for the two types of scythes. The skills for wraith reapers will be Death based.

The second class Wraith Harvesters will be magic uses. Their weapon of choice will be the bones of their fallen enemies. meaning they can use all magical weapon types. Lower level harvesters will use bones of the arms, legs and spine. more in a magic sword stance. As they go up they gain access to the skill of their fallen enemy. With the skull in a harvesters hand they deal more damage aside from regular magic weapons and the bone ones before it.

The two new "elements" i would like the harvesters to control Life and the Reapers to control Death I have put it this way because the Reapers specialise in killing and extinguishing life. Where the harvesters steal Life for their own gain. Keeping the souls of their kills trapped inside of their weapons and armour.

LORE: This race is not the creation of Pangu. They came to be out of the evil and hatred from the wraiths existence. A spawn of hell. They are the reason why the Wraiths vanished off of the face of perfect world. They rose up out of the swamps the wraiths claimed as theirs. Their only goal was to kill all evil. As the reapers and harvesters were slaughtering each and every wraith they set their eyes on. Some made it into Wraiths gate. Sealing them selves out of the realm that Pangu created to arise one day.
Shortly after that event the Reapers and Harvesters left that world and made their own. The entrance was sealed up at the bottom of Lake of Woe. Waiting for the Wraiths to arise and the blood lust of man to over come perfect world. For these creatures are not in existence to conquer the world. But to wipe its entire inhabitance out once they desecrate the land with the blood shed of war, revenge and hatred.

The look of this race are the representation of a new start. They are the embodiment of war, hate and death.

Skills for Reapers: Duel scythes will let you use stunning and immobilize skills along with the aps (5 aps is max) the pole scythe will specialize in devastating debuffs and negative effects on the enemy. Making heavy bleeds and poisons. Lower in all magical or physical defence (nor sure yet) The reapers elements used in the more magic side of skills will be death and Earth (i want the pole scythe more magic based attacks with str increasing the damage of the magical attacks)

Skills for Harvesters: I would like the harvesters to focus on high magical damage and the ability to seal and silence their enemy. The more damage they deal on their enemy they charge one skill to the class (need to do x amount of damage to use this) you consume the life and soul out of the enemy while you can still cast your skills (while draining the life of the enemy your channelling is increased by 10% and casting by 15%) For every life point taken from your enemy during this skill you gain 2 more points. (needs to be more balanced out i know but its just a concept skill b:surrender ) Also this is the ONLY class that can STUN bosses and seal bosses. making them a very valuable roll in pve situations. I want the Harvesters elements to be Life and Water.

For clarification. Just because the Harvesters use life does not mean the life is "Pure" remember the forces that they use are dark. The life harvesters use are the life forces of killers. It runs off of the lust for blood and the hatred of the world. So even if it says life remember its still a "darker" force.

    First, its a Chinese game, and uses the Chinese elements, which im pretty sure don't include life and death... which arent elements by any means anyway.

    Second, you talk about them killing wraiths and taking their souls, completely ignoring the fact that wraiths are being that have died and have had their souls taken already, but GJ there.

    Third, the scythe is not a weapon, its a farming tool, which were only used by European farmers when they rebelled and such, and the symbolism of the also European Grim reaper, with the Chinese using a completely different entity as a personification of death

    Forth, five aps scythes? Please, explain that one to me.

    Fifth, this is probably the 300th or so, maybe more, thread that has suggested new classes, there is a reason they don't let you post on forums immediately after logging into forums for the first time, so new pointless threads arent started. All 299+ threads suggesting a new class before you have been straight out ignored, why would your poorly constructed and thought out post be any different. If you really think you have an idea worthy of being put in a game that continues to milk the most money for least effort, please learn chinese, and once you become fluent, send it into pwcn, to get ignored by them too.

    As far as a 5aps scythe goes look up Kusarigama.
    I put the quotation makes on Elements for a reason. What i meant by that is another force i guess?

    Also if you really wanna hold true to the Chinese lore then refuse wraiths as it is. in their culture its impossible for something to come to life with out a soul. Unless there is a something behind the "vessel" behind it.

    That's a load of ponyfeathers. It'll just be the same players and very few new ones rolling it till they Frost/PV to 105, deck them out in endgame gear and get bored of them.

    The R9 path will always be ahead. They wouldn't want to make those who cashed for it angry or have the R9 mats become less attractive for a farmable alternative.

    Don't cut yourself on those edges.

    Sounds like a tryhard Assassin/BM hybrid with the stuns and imobilize, high-APS and heavy debuffing potential.

    Bosses were made unable to be stunned for a reason
    Could you imagine a group of these things chain-stunning/silencing a boss? That's flat out ****.


    Another thing about this life/death "element": All elements are able to be interacted with by more than one class in some way. The natural 5 by magic and buffs like poison fang/apothecary/genie skills and the latest addition (Soulforce) by everyone with morai skills and such. Why should this class have their own element that only they can interact with?
