Cant Connect to Any US-West Coast Server HELP

As tittle say my problem is: when i try to connect to any US- West Coast Server it dont let me connect and ONLY happens to West Coast Servers as shown in following images.

and this thing keeps happening from 3 days ago,please sum1 help me b:cry

    Your route basically stops at hop 6. You're not even getting out of the country there.

    Usually if you unplug your router for at least two minutes, it will reset the ports at the ISP. Once it comes back up, it should find new routs if they are available.

    Depending on available paths though, you may just have to wait until the issue at that hub is resolved.
