[SOLUTION] Weird DirectX error !!!

I have been playing perfect world for about 5 years now, and I came across a very weird error

I've been searching for a very long time how to fix it and couldn't find the answer any where, it took me some time but i figured it by my self :P. It's not any update driver or install DirectX things (well may work for you) but actually going into DirectX control panel changing some stuff b:pleased

So here is how i fixed it :

The program came from here : http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=6812
If you want a standalone version search the internet :P

I'm using Windows 7 (same on vista), I don't know really know how to get into that in Windows xp

I'd like to know where you got that software from.

I've checked several of my systems here and it's not on any of them, can't be pulled up, and it's not a tool I have ever seen before that was supplied by Microsoft.

Hmm, when I was trying to get the error fixed I installed every thing that came in my hands with the word DirectX b:chuckle
I guess the program came from here http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=6812

If you only want the control panel, I've searched the internet and I found this : http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/Microsoft-DirectX-Control-Panel-Download-5384.html

OK, that makes a lot more sense.

The Softpedia download is almost completely blocked out for settings, but you can do that one thing.

The Microsoft download is the entire DirectX Software Developer Kit,99% of our users wouldn't have that, or know what to do with it if they did. b:chuckle
