Harshlands Seal need help

I'm doing harshlands seal quests and I cannot get the pop up at 121 970 near the entrance to frost covered :( I keep running around the place and no pop up. The fact that I am a squishy cleric and there are two annoying glacial seeds doesn't help. What should I do? Did anyone else had a problem with this quest? Any help would be very much appreciated.

    the pop up outside of FC doesnt rly matter at all, once you enter and open midway through the ramp you'll be able to pick up the title quest.
    after that you gotta do FC up the the bird a boss after big room.

    do note that the title quest disappears if you exit FC during pick up and completion so its best to do a dedicated run for it so pick it up during a normal FC run asking to keep lead/instance after big room. you can get help from others needing the title quest at this point or from friends willing to help kill the 2 bosses (boss immediately after big room and phoenix which you need to kill for the quest)

    "Titles System: Seal: HarshLands & Others"

    in the first post it says :
    (vi) Fly towards the entrance of Frost Covered City. A normal quest will pop up at 120 971 (25), asking you to go inside. (Optional. If you cannot find it, check your normal quest list for 'investigate frostcovered city', that's the quest. If you still cannot find it, make sure you have the previous title, and jump straight to the next part)
    (vii) The previous quest will autocomplete as you teleport into Frostcovered City. The next quest will popup as you go up the ramp (next to the 1st shade, 418 529), ordering you to collect the Rebirth Stone from the Phoenix boss. [Frost Covered Enforcer](+9 phy-def)

    yea i read that guide.. note that it is talking about the top of the ramp you first ascend to get to where you turn to go to the shade not the ramp you turn on to go find the shade. and youll have to run around a little bit its kinda touchy where you stand.
