Entering new map notice

Any ideas one what the green notice means when you enter the new map? It says similar to loose time for mobs you kill. Any idea what time it is talking about?

    It's an anti-botting measure that stops loot drops/exp for botters. Im guessing they will eventually put this in other maps as well in future updates.

    They just implemented their own bot system.. I dont think their trying to combat it

    Probably the botting duration for the in-game bot... but that's a guess.
