need help about Reawakening System

I try to find this below:

A. if my char is at level 102 and Reawakening to level 1 will be same stat like...
if my char at level 103 or level 104 or level 105?
Or if my char at lv 103 get more stat Reawakening to level 1?

B. can Reawakening level 1 can use dusk set 99 orange one like lionheart?
or nirvana set?

    you receive more stats to allocate when you first start the reawakening the higher level you do it at, or so ive heard.

    and you can wear the ornaments, but you cant wear, for example, the boots and wrists until you have the required str/dex
