Cannot trash "Roll Call"

I have this quest from the school teacher to stay logged in for an hour.
Apparently schoolteachers quest has been taken out of the game, but it is still in my quest log. Cant turn in it in anymore but cant trash it either.
Everything i write is from PvE perspective unless mentioned otherwise.
