are wast ans west servers down?

Hi, i got disconected a while ago and cant log back in to dreamweaver server, keeps timing out. Server status shows them offline with morai ok. Havn't noticed if anyone else has the same problem, i've been playing since the update and everything has been fine. Can someone let me know please
