    I was also wondering about this, my level 40 something mystic got all the rewards for up to her level, but my 88 sin only got a few things. Shouldn't she get everything from level 1 and upwards as well?

    im not sweetiebot but this boundary thing might be the percentage of all reincarnated players who've reached the "arcane sky 10" boundary

    altho im not sure whether or not this includes all reincarneted ones or just lets say 70% of them
    would b kinda useless if it covered all given theres so many alts being reincarnated lol

    You do realize the 'light' things are a daily quest item?

    on my barb i stood around for 3 hrs an got 2,,, and no i didnt know it was a daily quest but its kinda strange from the 'glowy' chest i got 2 of them on 1 toon but not the other

    1. the chest comes back when daily roll call is active or when you meet one of the other requirements for the other rewards.. and that chest will stay on your screen if you uncheck the box on the unique rewards list.

    2. you dont get the "ink stuff" to make new skills from the chests. they come from doing the new quest chains and quests in the new area.

    3. you have to pick up the quest to get the " light things" for those goodies from the other chest and the quest requires you to stay online for 1 hour.. and then the quest pops up again requiring 2 hours online. the npc is next to the npc that u rebirth at.

    um,,,, ive had 3 ppl get that ink from thier chest... doin the chain together in the new area, i got 10 they made thier skill an i go HUH :(

    I'm guessing you probably talked to the NPC without realizing you received a quest.
