client issues - new horizon expansion

it says error shortly before the end of the discharge itry three times and error patch goes and asks me close and lose everything I'm not sure what to do .. (patch 1 and 2 is the same)

    Download the Manual Patch here

    Then either open this file from where it gets saved, or open the patcher and click cancel when it asks to update, which will highlight the 'manual' button on the patcher, navigate to where this file is saved and select that.

    done with manual download BUT file show up as .html instead of .cup. what should i do to change those file format as .cup???
