Why has my support ticket diappeared?

I sent in a support ticket, logged to see the support ticket reply, only to find the whole ticket, reply has completely gone!

Luckily, i have the replies they sent to me, but why does it show i have no support tickets at all?

When i received the reply, i wasn't happy & asked to speak to someone higher in authority. After i sent that, the ticket completely disappeared from my ticket log

Just a problem with the site or what?

might of got tired of it actually and wanna close the case ..so just delete (mostly if its about orb glitch)

i cant find any other reason for them to delete

If it's about the orb glitch it was deleted because all information is being posted to the thread. If it's about anything else, you can try to view the ticket on the support page itself. If not you may need to reopen the ticket and ask what the reply was. It may just be that the reply you received will be the final one on the matter though.b:surrender
