Missing Tickets?

Ok, so recently I've noticed my tickets are just disappearing from my ticket history,and I'm totally not ok with it. I sent in one ticket regarding the Final Compensation incident, because I was so sure a rollback was imminent, and had just received my Machinarium flyer. So I requested that once they rollback the severs to please resend my flyer I waited almost 3 weeks for.
Well of course,my assumption of a rollback taking place was wrong because they didn't have the sense enough to go through with it. PWI responded saying I had nothing to worry about because there would be no rollback. Then I proceeded to update my ticket, rightfully requesting equal compensation that I was unable to receive due to PWI releasing an exploitable code for said compensation, which as you all know resulted in the code being deactivated.
After that however, my ticket wasn't replied to. In fact, the ticket disappeared. A bit perplexed, I made an inquiry in the forum to see if others had run into a similar issue, and was vindicated by discovering that other players have shared my experience. I waited a few days to see if my ticket would reappear. It never did. So then I came to the conclusion that the PWI staff not only have no intention of compensating me for the initial incident and the harmful after effects, but were just going to ignore me until I forget about it.
Well because I'm a fan if scientific method, I had to test my hypothetical conclusion, and did so by submitting another ticket requesting compensation, except this one was a little more forceful. I also opted to leave my forum account logged in on my iPhone, on the ticket history page, so that in the event this ticket was deleted from the system, I would be able to read any response left with the 'ghost' ticket in order to see what reason the ticket would be deleted. That ticket was in fact, deleted, but my ghost ticket theory worked. I was able to read a support staff response saying that the ticket was deleted because I had already sent a similar ticket, which would undoubtedly have been the first ticket that I assumed was deleted, and (here's the kicker) that I should refer to it for future updates regarding my request. I wasn't quite sure how PWI expected me to refer to a ticket that I was unable to even find in my ticket history.
I sent a third ticket to ask about why the first ticket went missing, and how it was supposed to refer to a seemingly deleted ticket anyhow. Guess what? My third ticket was also deleted. This time I didn't leave my account open on my phone to view the ghost ticket response.which is why I've resorted to typing this massive thread on forums where I can publicly display PWI's actions in hopes to illicit a response.
I do apologize for typing such a massive wall of QQ-ish text, because I have a genuine distaste of forum rage, but this seems like my only option if I want to figure out what is really going on. I would like DefenderOfDreams or another GM to please post on this thread to explain why my tickets are disappearing and being ignored, and also would like any other players experiencing similar circumstances to come forward on this thread. I still may be ignored here, but perhaps if many others came forward here about missing tickets it would be more effect, and we might get the support team to come out of hiding by publicly displaying the magnitude of neglect they provide to their player base.

Yeah they are not doing a roll back as stated in this this thread. GM's only talk to player's in ticket's not on fourm's so good luck with that b:bye0

u not the only one mattiks whos tickets was deleted
mine too but oh well..it was about reporting some1, i sent it again 3 days ago, they respond me today
as u even know Tru had trouble with them too by getting his flyer, at first as he said, they even didnt wanted to give him the flyer he wanted
so i guess they not that busy with arch thingy anymore..try again maybe they answer now
Its silly that new flyer can be only achieved by sending ticket f:horror of by 1k forges (but then u need to get flyer from the new instance or something)
ppl waiting really long time to receive those gifts even more than 3 weeks
