    There will be no compensation, no real apologizes. Just another mistake from people who have no pride in their work and product. It is all about drawing in as much money as possible before people decide to leave this game for another, which in no doubt will be as badly handled as this one is. The fault is ours. We feed these rapacious people and they will not be sated until we put a stop to it. As long as you pay, they will prey.

    This latest series of ****-ups is part of a trend of **** up and over that seems to get worse every year. It seems that after discovering they could make lots of money by turning PWI into a virtual casino with packs, they stopped taking their jobs seriously, and it's like their IT skills are rusting from apathy. Now even a simple server reset with no updates whatsoever means a 12 hour+ outage. If I didn't love the game itself so much, I'd just quit. The gameplay, PvP, graphics, and premise are great, but the execution is so ****-poor, it's not even funny.

    Think maybe it's time for PWE to sell to a more competent company, and just rename themselves "Arc Entertainment"? I'm sure companies like one starting with "Bliz" or one starting with "Jag" would be glad to buy and clean up the mess.

    Dear GMs please riot to ur bosses to hire a nite shift or move maintenance times so we dun have to wait 8 hours again if this happens after maintenance .

    So apparently they did a small roll back to right before maintenance or something from what people have said. Any GM wanna at least confirm this since we never got any response to any of the things mentioned at least let us know what happened please i mean is that too much to ask?
