List the different errors you saw on servers today HERE.

So rather than having 1000 threads of similiar problems, lets combine the information into one thread so PWI don't have to look at all the spammed threads.

*It appears that most of the west coast servers are working for me, but east coast is kaput*

Errors I got today:

Checking mail: Erroneous letter information.
Server login: Could not retrieve character list.
Character Creation: Network Server Error.

    This is what i had while trying to connect to RT server, I was able to get on harshlands though: Server login: Could not retrieve character list.

    Raging tide i got disconnected and after logging back in all my chars gone,its highly annoing that the same problem happening over and over again!Is this our reward for charging so much Zen?After 5 years they are still not able to run this game smootly bunch of unskilled game develophers!

    So yeah this is the newest of the quality work that the PWI GMs do...now you can't log on to the game on most of the servers because you characters are missing! Nicely done GMs.


    Can't wait to see what else they broke when they do finally fix this issue.

    cannot retrieve character list on any of my account for dreamweaver or any east server but on west servers i have no problem o.o

    i am having same problem on the RT server on loggng into the game and says ' cannot retrieve character list' and i've tried re-verifying and even force logging the toons but natta damn thing is coming up... wonder what the reimbursement will be this time.... b:angry

    Its beeing 4 hours now that i can not see my chars and not any information if they working on it wtf is this?

    From what I see, the issue is in anything that requires input from the East Coast Servers.

    For instance, I can't redeem my DQ points, as it requires that I select a server first, and as I'm from Raging Tides, I can't do so.

    I also can't log into PWI, as it shows no information about the East Coast Servers.


    It first seemed to me that the problem was likely that character data is missing, but yet again, if that were true, we'd be able to log in, but it would probably tell us that we simply had no characters.

    So now I think it's an issue with the servers being able to transmit data, which would likely be Hardware or Networking issues. It could be that a piece of hardware went bad, or it could be networking/programming issues within the servers themselves.

    I tried, (today at 0145hours - 21/Apr/2014) to connect with the Dreamweaver server (East Coast), and got "Server Error". This makes me think there is a problem with connecting to the servers on the East Coast.b:sad

    Any thread over one month (30 days) old is considered to be a dead thread and you're not supposed to post in them. The person you are replying to probably doesn't care any more or can no longer be found on the forums. The topic itself could be out of date. Next time just make a new thread.

    Let's see how long it takes for a mod to close this :)

    awesome now i cant login to arc.... its always say "Login has timed out. Please check your network connections and try again." wtf my net is ok, i can even download **** fast.... arc is screwed up again.... i wanna play... dammit lemme play b:angry
