I submitted a ticket for a glitch for last monday in tiger event and its been a week now with out a reply. Really would like to have a responce

Posting the glitch in Q.C section is better option then submitting a ticket.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

The GM's don't answer any questions here on the fourms. Try sending another email or keep waiting till they reply back to your ticket.0

Most of the buggs,glitches which were raised in Q.C got addressed by Admins/GM. Submitting ticket will just give a auto-reply like we have passed this problem to our developers blah blah blah. b:chuckle[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Last Monday after the tiger event you did sent a ticket.
Let's see:
Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday-Today
Tickets usually take 3-5 open days to be answer.
I assume you got a auto-reply after you did sent your ticket and if you check on the top it probably says:
''Your question has been received. Due to high ticket volumes at this time, we will respond to your question as soon as possible.''
Normally it take 3-5 days, with that it's more, so please just be patient.0 -
you would think someone whos played since 2011 would be bright enough to know the response time of tickets. At best its 3-5 days. At worst if their busy, low priority, or your question is plain re tarded, it'll take near 2 weeks. (altho that is rare)[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]lagunal8.deviantart.com

Finally got a response by spamming the hell out of everywhere and getting myself banned on the forums.
That was an extreme case though.

You haven't waited 5 days yet.
If you sent it last Monday, then you start on Tuesday, count Wednesday, skip Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Yesterday counts, so that puts you at 3 days. You've got two more. MINIMUM.
Because of the holidays, and the other server issues, there is a MUCH LONGER LINE of people that put tickets in before yours that haven't been looked at. So your best bet is going to be 5-7 business days at a minimum for a response.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -
The support ticket system is utter ****, sent them a ticket about my account being **** 16 days ago, they just now answered with another crappy auto reply saying ~this
"change your password"
and nothing about my case or what they would do, nothing to answer my questions at all.
The support ticket system takes ages for a reply and when it comes it's in 90% of cases utter ****.0
