    Okay since PWI first came out i was playing it and at one point during a big update the account was no longer working. It was telling my that the email and everything else was not found i still have the email address and on that account i have a 105 barb and a female blademaster with all TT gear i had no fashion on either of them. What can i do to recover it i really want it back?

      Those of us on the forums can't help you.

      However, if you can submit a ticket via the customer support link in my signature with as much information as you can about the issue and patiently wait for a response, you should receive help from those who can do something to assist you.

      Remember to be polite and patient with them and not to spam tickets as that automatically sends your tickets back to the bottom of the list.

      Lol, do you mean 5 years ago? I think it will be extremely difficult.

      ok ill send a ticket in but it happened on one of ur big update i dont remeber it though
