hello i wana to ask if any gm can reset my bank password i send a ticket but didnt get any answer and i wana to reset password fast so i can upograde gear and play

    The only way would be to send in a ticket.

    Tickets typically take 3-5 business days to get a response. Last wee was a holiday weekend, so not only does that set it back, but the extra workload of backlogged tickets does as well. just have patience.

    This is what i don't understand...

    When people send in a ticket they automatically think they'll get a fast response.
    You will have to be patient... thats the only way sadly.
    As said above, there were holidays so the amount of tickets they have to go through is monstrous..
