How to Install Game Without Arc?(Question)

Im going to buy a new laptop soon and i want to know if i will need to install arc to install pwi on this laptop? Anyone can tell me how to avoid that(and i think it will help alot of ppl)? If i can't i will just quit, i need to admit that is going to be good to my life anyway, i have pwi without arc on this laptop im writing right now so maybe be a chance...b:surrender
If the any mod delete or censure this post, you can at least contact me in-game? Ty :3

    Just copy and Paste your files to a USB and transfer them....

    Either that or you have to use Arc LOL

    Well you can't dual client with arc, and i can't survive without dual client( i'm 24 hours on cleric + sin) and i won't be forced by a stupid company to do a thing i dont want o.o
    Neither the government does it.
    But i will try the usb thing, just hope pwi dont make arc mandatory

    Sure you can, just launch the client the same way you used to.... without Arc.

    For now, even when Arc is mandatory, that won't change. Later it might, but I'm sure we'll figure out a way to work around it.

    Back when PWI was PW they gave you an option of being sent an install disc for free. I still have it.

    During the first 6 months here it was an option as well. I just store all the installer versions on my NAS with the manual patches.
