synchroze we demand response about dq points from you or another admin

So, yes we all know about the thread saying dq point reward system will be removed from pwi in december.

But there is one question that is on everyones mind, and that is why, why haven't our dq points been updated for several days? some 10 some over 20 days of items vendored that just does not show up. there are countless of these posts and comments allover and it's a huge flaw from your part not responding to any of these comments, at all.

My question then is was this intended? did you intentionally remove the items vendored option so that people couldn't vendor more dq points since nov 22th which is the most common date to when the vendored items stopped displaying.
or is there an actual problem with the dq system that is not your intention?

and if this is correct that you intentionally removed it, I think you owe us an apology for not relaying this information to us as several people have been farming their bums off in the latest 10 days to try and get those last dq points for the item of their liking.

and it really is that simple, you don't have to refund us or anything, just atleast give us a proper apology for missing information, that would be atleast all that i would need to know you're listening and you're back on the right track as an organization.

    Umm, NO DQ items have shown ANY DQ point value for WEEKS. SO, if said items list NO DQ POINT VALUE, then WHY would you expect to receive points for those items???
    Maybe there has been no response because they can't figure out a nice way of saying "sorry you're ignorant but we at PWI have no control over how your brain works."

    Mine updated this morning and appears accurate. Same can be said for my Seeker, and my Veno, and my Barb. All are showing to have been updated just a short bit ago, and the items vendored history appears to be correct.

    Mine haven't yet. Maybe they will before they shut the DQ page completely down. If not unless its fixed, guess I lose at least one demon/sage card lol

    Mine is not showing either. I npced a bunch of 8x DQs and 9x in this account that I got with my main, because I was very close to 50k. I did this on thrusday, and so far nothing showed up in vendored list. (I know that DQs from bh 100 stopped showing their DQ value, but I also npced lower DQs that had a value on the description). The list has been updated from this morning, but my points are the same and the vendored list doesnt reflect the 50 DQs I sold.

    That statement is only correct in that the display of points in-game has not shown. They have still been tallied as having the DQ values that have been there for a while. It is simply not displayed in-game.

    You would know that if you had kept up-to-date on this situation, as we were informed of this when the initial qqing started about points not appearing in the item description in-game.

    The items show no points ... but points are still added to your total.

    My points updated a little, but the last vendored item is showing as 23 November, so PWI still owes me at least 7000 points b:angry

    At the moment the DQ reward page is still up tho, and the updates that did occur meant I was able to get my demon/sage event card b:victory

    My 'Items Vendored' hasn't been updated since Nov. 22nd and I npc all dq items I get from my dailies and general quests. It would be nice if they update it before it's gone forever, I spent almost a whole day leveling up pets and getting dq at the same time.

    friend of mine didnt get them updated either. Since this stopped him from getting a demon sage card he spent them on do-alls 10 minutes before it was december.

    I myself dont know or care. When the end was anounced, some weeks ago, i quickly spent my remaining DQ points instead waiting till the last minute.
    Everything i write is from PvE perspective unless mentioned otherwise.

    I haven't recieved any credit for DQ points since the 23rd. I have been farming like mad and estimate I'm short at least 200k DQ. I will ticket this but don't see it doing any good because we haven't had any reply here so far and the deadline is upon us.

    I filed a ticket for this issue on Nov 27. Support doesn't pay much attention to my ticket either.

    Edit: in fact they responded a bit later. I did not get my DQ points yet (Dec 13) though, but it may be possible.

    Uh people pw gave fair warning on the dq issue and when to cash them in so if you did not cash them in I don't feel sorry for you and pw shouldn't either.

    Yes they didn't said actual date..but they did said December and if they remove it before u spend it- your fault f:grin

    they gave us nearly half a year to empty it out, which is honestly a damn amazing part on pwi side from what i seen in the years.
    I dont think we really have much to complain when you try to do things last minute.
