    Hello I have been trying almost everything that had been said in different threads without any luck in my computer please I do need help.......Thank You!

      Well the error is a failure to load textures, which is usually because of either a incompatible video driver causing a lack of Direct3D support, or corrupt texture files.

      While you have provided some information from the DirectX window, it's not what we need to help.

      The most common solution......

      1. Go to the manufacturer website of your video card.

      2. Download the latest driver for your video card.

      3. Install the driver, Choose advanced, then "Clean Install" (If running Vista + run the installer as administrator)

      4. Reboot

      5. Enjoy

      If that doesn't fix it, I will need a copy of the output from a dxdiag.txt file, and a link to a published Speccy report taken while you are having the issues.
      (Remember to use the [code] tags for the dxdiag info and to remove any trademark characters so it doesn't get cut off.) (CODE tag is the # symbol in the editor.)

      You need DirectX 9. Google for DirectX 9 and install those drivers. Though you have DirectX 11, but the game is old, need the older DirectX

      If you don't have the correct version, the client will tell you and prompt you to run the installer that is included in the client folders.

      Yeh it should work for you because your DirectDraw is disabled, and you need to enable it to play PWI :)
