I spoke to a GM via in game about a support ticket i put in. I was told that with this maintenance, i would be put on the reimbursement list, but i have received nothing. Is there a chance i can get an update on what's going on please? b:surrender

    Yes, buy asking in the ticket you have open on the issue. You won't get a response on it here. I doubt the support person you were assigned even reads any of the 15 different forums for the products they support.
