For the past 2 months i've been working on the logo for my faction getting it the right file type,size, and what not and for the past month when i TRY to upload it it says ....error processing your request please try again later....well ive tried again later literally over 40x now....can someone please help me....with some info to why this may be happening....

if you gna just post n be like...wrong thread...
just wait...
or some other smart remark then please refrain from doing so

    Well that's no good. :/

    This, I'd suggest submitting a ticket about. Perhaps title it something like "Faction Icon Submission" or the like and be sure to describe your problem as well as include the file you're having issues with.

    Just make sure to be patient and wait instead of submitting multiple tickets. You're also likely to get an automatic response a bit before they actually get to you.

    You can only upload your logo once and if that logo has not been acted on by the GMs, you will get that error. How do you know when the logo has been acted on? If that week, the maintenance has a patch and after the maintenance, your logo shows up, it means that your logo has been acted on. You can upload a new logo again and only once until the next time the GMs update your logo again after maintenance.

    It is that cumbersome and non-intuitive.

    I had the same issue (and no, it isn't just because it's already been uploaded - I was getting the error from the very first time I tried to submit).

    I put in a ticket, they checked to confirm my submission, and my icon went in with the next maint.


    Not-really-long story short: just submit a ticket.
