It is SO uncool making some1 waits for DAYS after every1 else has got their codes and redeemed them. Not to mention the items im sure im NOT getting back since the roll back....

Hey twinkle toes, if you are sending in multiple tickets for the same thing, your ticket will be forever at the bottom of the list. That is more than likely why it took your anniversary gifts so long. Send in one golden ticket, wait for reaponse. Don't like response, send in another ticket.

And do you not think they have received HUNDREDS of tickets from a lot of people? Or am I to presume you should be at the front of the line for "special" people? (and i dont mean the important ones).

Plus its the weekend which means for most people, a NON business day.

    Yep, that's basically it.

    Here's the reality.....

    1. It takes 3-5 business days to get a response, under normal circumstances.
(If you are unsure of what normal is, I can assure you that the current circumstances with the servers on the East Coast having many issues, AND the Archosaur server situation AND everyone thinking they're entitled, is most definitely NOT normal.)

    2. In case you aren't familiar with what a business day is, It's Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Working hours are typically 9am to 5pm, and in this case, it's in the Pacific coast time Zone. Which happens to be GMT-8. It does not include holidays, and by that, I mean American Holidays, because that is where the Office is.

    3. Each time you submit or "update" a ticket before it has been assigned to someone, it drops back to the bottom of the queue. It basically resets your place in line, and put you back at the end as if you had just entered.

    4. Now think about this. They are receiving hundreds more tickets now than they normally would. Not only that, but they were seriously understaffed before that. You'be basically got roughly 25 people answering and responding to support tickets for 14 games which have thousands of international players each.

    5. The icing on the cake. A few people abused the code, thus **** it up for everyone else, and adding even more work to the already over-worked staff.

Go play outside for a bit and learn to have some patience.

Forum join date is based on your first post on the forums for each avatar chosen. So if you have multiple characters on your account, they will each have different "Join dates" depending on when you start posting under each.

I, for example, have been here since the beginning (back in 2008), yet my original forum account showed a join date of Jan 2009 as I avoided posting on the forums up until that point.

This account, on the other hand, was created in December of 2012 and immediately started to be used on the forums, thus it has an accurate date.

As for the CP thing, do you mean under the "Edit my Avatar" area? As that would be where you go to change to the character you'd like to post with instead of the User CP. A bit misleading, but that's how it is.

If you read the thread in the Arch forums it plainly states it will be sent to you registered email. This process was done a couple months ago to weed out inactive accounts and other reasons as well. If you never registered the email you used to make your account, plus the other requirements listed on the post you wont get any code

Depends on how you managed it. If you somehow dragged it off screen, logging off, changing your resolution, and then logging back on should bring it back.

If you merely clicked something that minimized it, then the button to restore it will still be there.

And if you simply rotated from an active function bar to a passive one, the ` key will cycle through the right-side hotkeys while v will cycle through the function bar ones. Additionally, there are buttons on the side of them to fully expand them so you can see all hotkeys vailable including ones that are currently inactive.

Well I changed the resolution and the bottom right bar came back but not the funtion bar and I don't see any icon that would bring it back either :-/

I have to ask just to be sure, can you get a screenshot of what it looks like ingame for you? Just need to be sure if the issue is what I think it is.
