Just wanted to say that pwi gms have the power to send us **** in our mail boxes when ever they want. i dont understand why they can send us the same damn anniversary prize every year in our mail boxes.but when it comes to compensation prizes they have to give us a stupid code to enter to claim it..if its compensation we shouldnt have to enter a damn code. if they had just sent us the sh.t through our mail boxes, there wouldnt have been any abuse and everyone would have gottetheir rewards fairly. someone like me who cant afford spending 60m on a dragon orb could use those 3 (10) stars for my sage weap, but oh well, guess i lost out along with the rest of us who didnt get jack. tbh i only play this game to make money and buy fashion and flyers. when the games currently in beta testing in korea come out. im gone from this

you havent payed attention then, they have had an incident with literally every time they have sent things to mailboxes automatically, every single time some people didnt get, and most the times at few people would get infinite amounts
also they want to decrease the amount of things being sent to idle accounts- which is a valid concern for databases0 -

it doesnt matter..its still more effective than makeing us enter a code to get our prizes0 -
If pwi start to send instantly to mailbox- EVERY character will get rewards.
I'd rather maker reward page without code where you can choose your reward and after sending, it dissapears from page. Easier,safer,better.0 -

That's just a couple of key excerpts.
If you bother to read the whole thing, (something you should have done when signing up), you can easily see that it pretty much says that you don't actually own your accounts, you don't really have any rights, and PWE isn't responsible for your loss of anything in the game. Hell, it even states that they can simply shut down your accounts, or even the servers and still won't owe you a penny, and don't even have to give you a notice about it ahead of time.
Yes, there's issues.
Yes, it's a major headache.
Yes, you've lost stuff, or are losing stuff.
In the end though, you're playing a game hosted in the US, that's being rented by the main company in China. Our dev's here have hardly anything to do with the servers for PWI aside from managing the hardware and some other basic tasks. The issues you're experiencing, are most likely caused by some noob developer in China. So far PWE has gone out of their way to help give you guys something at least, and are still looking into other methods of compensation. None of which, are they obliged to do in any way at all.

I'm going to close this because main thread, yadda yadda, you guys know the drill since I've had to repeat myself all weekend.

I have to wonder where people get this horrible misconception from. We've NEVER had anniversary rewards sent directly to our mailboxes. Every single year, we've had an anniversary page that we had to go to in order to claim our rewards. Said page has been overloaded EVERY year as well and has led to the same issues as we had last time: Long delays to getting a chance to claim a reward, some people not getting everything they should, and even some people getting far more than they should.... and this is the page set up in advance for that one purpose. So even there trying to compare it to a redeem page that handles all the redemption codes PWI has is a bit silly.
But as I've said... we have a main thread to discuss all this in, so please stick to it.(Insert fancy image here)0
