COD on Lost city

hey GMs i was wondering why CODs are glitching on Lost city we have tried to do a few differnt Call of Duties today and when we go to get the quest it will give it to evveryone but the leader for the leader it will say quest recieved and then quest failed please fix it its getting rather annoying we have also tried switching leaders restarting party we all logged out and relogged back in and its not workin

    Have you checked if any member's quest log is full? And which CoD is that. If you are referring to fb19, there is a condition that the members must have at least 80 rep.
