Does anyone know anything more than "we are working on it" about http://pwi.perfectworld.com/news/?p=1019981

and does it appear to anyone else that PWI is attempting to sweep this one under rug rather than deal with it?

    A got a support ticket saying it might be weeks before everything will be resolved. No more info than that.
