Hi, i have a problem on the code redeeming page, can`t put down the server and the character chosen.

    No...really? You can't? I wonder why. Oh that's right, because the GM stopped the code from being used.

    haven't played since i saw the orb abuse last night - and couldn't get an equal number of orbs on my own. Hope they resolve this issue fairly.. People were getting 20+ 10* orbs.. It is not fair if they do not either remove these for everyone or give me the same opportunity to abuse the orb code to get my own equal number of abused orbs. Not playing again until they do. Waiting for the roll back or for the redeem code to work and gimme my 20+ 10* orbs also.

    PWI please fix this!

    Don't be sarcastic, he asked why can't he choose Server and Character, not why compensation code doesn't work.

    Referring to topic, it didn't work for me earlier too.

    I got a solution for u, when u open the redeem page do not enter the code at the beginning,
    Use the following instructions:
    1: Open the redeem page.
    2: Select the ''Server'',e.g Raging Tide.
    3: Select the ''Character''.
    4: Enter the ''key''.

    These few steps will help u to redeem the code.
    Hope it works for You^^

    sometime was abused but the same server send many mails for himself.

    have not gotten any orbs on 2 accounts yet, turned in tickets, how do I get free orbs?
