Changed email for my other acct., now I can not log into it!

Yesterday I sent in a ticket for my clerics account to change my email as the one I used to make that account no longer remains. I could not get my compensation for that account so I wanted to change the email so it would not happen again. I did all they required of me and now I can not log into that account, or forums. It tells me wrong user name or password. HELP PLZ b:surrender

    They have blocked your account for security reasons. Wait for them to reply to your ticket.

    Once you changed your email account, your login id will become the new email address that you have specified. Please try using that.

    I tried using the email i asked for it to be changed to. Still can not log in. b:sad

    my account still blocked and no reply from them also where would they reply if i cant log in that account and the email attached to it isnt valid anymore? new mail i provided ?b:puzzled
