Get you charge rewards while you can???????

So GLAD you are offering the DARK ABYSS on this PROMO when I haven't received the one you owed me from the last "Earn Awesome Rewards By Spending Zen [11/6-11/11]" Promo. With lines like "Unfortunately, there had been some users who still did not receive the proper rewards for the recent ZEN spending promotion. We are aware of this situation and are still working towards a solution for a future update to have the rewards sent out later. Until then, there may be some delays from these rewards being received. " YEP I'm still waiting and continuing the email chain from the original ticket.b:angryb:angry. My Dollar is just a drop in the bucket..RIGHT?

    -titles broken
    -quests broken
    -weekly maintenance problems
    -east coast server problems
    -Archosaur server rollback
    -charge rewards getting taken away each time
    -Archosaur compensation being abused by people from other servers
    -no communication from staff to players on forums
    -lack of response on tickets

    I could bring up countless **** ups from the past like fc glitch/heroic pots glitch etc. But I think the point is made.

    The most ridiculous about this all is the ToS that PWE forces on the players.
    Any other company would have been scorned for this kind of behavior.

    Due to the **** going on with the codes we can't even redeem our charge rewards now which is frustrating. Hope this gets sorted out soon. Been trying since last night to get my rewards!!! b:cry

    i hear you, i'm also waiting for my reward from that promo b:surrender

    sadly with everything else that's going on, we'll be waiting much longer. some people get tons of stuff for free while we can't even get what's owed to us.

    i got my absyss rider + event gold. they are sending it. at least i got it and many friends of mine got it as well. at least all that sent tickets wiht the title that mod suggested us.
    they have been sending codes for all the ppl that spend gold thro boutique during the promotion dates.


    PS: as we only make threads complaining i think it is right to also say when they do their job, even wiht the major issue we had they fixed our situation wiht that promo. took a bit more than usual but lets be honest, we have been having problems in forum/servers/pwi service for almost 3 weeks. but they are working, perhaps we should relax a bit more.

    Well thats 3 of 4 in this thread that are in the same boat, pwi wont even respond to my ticket, other than the automatic your ticket is received spam.
